Kitchen Green at Eveleigh Markets

Chef, Lyndi Hill and nutritionist, Cherie Lyden are the powerhouse team behind Kitchen Green, my favourite stall at Eveleigh Markets and newly opened Waverley cafe with an 100% gluten free menu.

An 100% gluten free menu alone was enough to draw me in but Kitchen Green are so much more than gluten free. The team are clearly dedicated to producing gluten free, healthy and wholesome goods. Their menu changes seasonally – so you can warm up in winter with chia porridge or refresh in summer with a green smoothies. Their beautiful selection of savoury and sweet options demonstrate their creativity and expertise. To Kitchen Green, gluten free is an opportunity for experimentation.

You can find Kitchen Green every Saturday at Eveleigh Farmers’ Market or at their cafe at 24 Arden St in Waverley. As a regular Eveleigh market-goer, if you are looking for gluten free, you must head straight to the end of the markets to the Kitchen Green stall. Nothing else compares in freshness and quality. Inevitably, as I always do, you’ll walk away with bags full of food to keep you amused and full over the weekend.

Otherwise, locally you can buy their products at:

Cali press Bondi & Bronte
The Farm Potts Points
Sydney Park Kiosk
Billy’s Espresso Bar
Bravo
Jungle Buddies
